APA4513Metals/Jewellery 3C(A&D)
6 points + First semester + Caulfield + 4 taught studio hours and 8 independent study hours per week + Prerequisites: APA4512 Synopsis: This subject further enhances the skills, processes, materials and knowledge of the equipment necessary to the practice of jewellery or metalsmithing. Through a series of projects, processes and materials are explored in relation to their appropriate use in the fabrication of crafted objects. Increasingly the student initiates areas of specialisation appropriate to the realisation of their artistic goals. Contemporary and historical examples are researched developing the students' critical verbal and written skills. Assessment: Folio: 100% |
