Synopsis: This subject is designed to enable students to develop an Asian focus to their studies. It also provides students with the opportunity to develop an understanding of comparative perspectives in Asian employment relations. A major focus of the subject is the different approaches used by Asian countries to manage employment relations. The subject examines historical, political, economic and technological influences.

Assessment: Two assignments (25% each)+ Major report (50%):100%
