Synopsis: Consolidation and extension of work begun in JPL1110. Development of basic communicative competence in spoken Japanese and reading and writing of 150 kanji. Students at the Clayton campus are recommended to enrol concurrently for ASN1020.

Assessment: Written test(s): 50% + Aural/oral tests: 25% + Quizzes and assignments: 25%
