6 points + 4 hours in class and 8 independent study hours per week + First semester + Caulfield + Prerequisites: IAR2202,IAR1304,IAR1302 + Core for BIA

Synopsis: This subject integrates the work undertaken in IAR2201 and IAR2202, and uses exaple studies to develop understanding and demonstrate competence in detailing and specifying construction and materials for a range of common interior construction contexts. The subject includes a number of set projects which require students to detail and specify construction and materials to a professional standard, sufficient for construction and briefying of the specialists. Site visits, relavant to the projects, are undertaken.
