Synopsis: Topics include general business activities, financial analysis, project management, manufacturing planning, management software, ISO 9000 standards for quality assurance, service issues and business strategy. The subject also studies the relationships between operations, financial performance and the business strategy of an organisation.

Assessment: Assignments: 20% + Examination (2 hours): 80% + Students must pass the examination in order to pass the subject
