Target group

The school leadership pathway is designed to meet the needs and interests of teachers in a number of education sectors and systems, particularly level 1 teachers, leading level 2 and 3 teachers and assistant principals currently employed in primary and secondary schools who aspire to school principal appointments.

Students may choose other elective subjects relevant to their course from those that are timetabled in 2001 after approval from the course coordinator.

Research subject

Students wishing to undertake a research project option must consult the course coordinator.

Research project

Students undertaking the program of studies nominated by the Department of Education, Employment and Training will complete a 10,000-word project.
