The graduate diploma articulates with the masters degrees in occupational health and public health.

Professional recognition

The Australasian Faculty of Occupational Medicine has recognised the graduate diploma as meeting the coursework requirements for trainees. CME points allocated by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners are applied for each year. Applicants must have a medical degree, a bachelors degree with honours or graduate diploma, or a three-year bachelors degree with relevant professional experience in a health-related field.
