This double-award program provides a formal means of articulation from an Advanced Diploma of Business (Accounting) into a Bachelor of Business with advanced standing. This course provides clear identification of a pathway from the TAFE vocational award into a Monash degree in business.
Graduates of the Advanced Diploma of Business (Accounting) course will have the academic requirements for entry to the National Institute of Accountants, and, depending on electives completed, licensing by the Tax Agents Board.

Entrance requirements

Applicants must comply with the current Bachelor of Business admission requirements.

Course structure

This course will require students to undertake a mix of TAFE and university subjects in semesters one to six, and university subjects only in semesters seven and eight.

Students will receive the following eight credits on the basis of successfully completing the TAFE Advanced Diploma of Business (Accounting):

A student will need to complete:

plus 14 other subjects in the Bachelor of Business, in accordance with the Bachelor of Business regulations
* A 'CORE' SUBJECT IN THE BACHELOR OF BUSINESS.
