Synopsis: This unit builds on the skills and knowledge acquired in VCM2101 Multimedia Imaging I. Through a series of demonstrations, tutorials and projects students are provided with opportunities to increase experience, skills, knowledge and develop technical expertise in advanced applications of 2D/3D digital imaging both static and motion to various forms to multimedia production. Students use computer technology to conceive, design and produce static, motion and interactive imaging for multimedia applications. Students will be provided with specific requirements to ensure successful multimedia publication, from concept to design, scripting, planning, co-ordinating and testing.
Assessment: Minor assignments: 40% + Major projects: 50% + Journal: 10%
