Synopsis: Key strategies used by those involved in recruitment, selection and placement to find workplace solutions for their clients. Organisation recruitment and development needs - assessment and reporting to clients, particularly the validity, reliability and feasibility of selection practices. Core project and performance management processes and commercial and client management strategies for an emerging range of HR services.

Assessment: Assignment one (1500 words): 20% + Assignment two (2500 words): 30% + Examination (three hours): 50%
