Synopsis: The application of human rights in Australia generally, and specifically in relation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Assessment: Journal on human rights issues (2000) words: 30% + Proposal for research topic (1000-1500 words): 20% + Research project (3000 words): 50%
