Objectives At the completion of this subject the students will be aware of the main issues in information management and systems currently of concern to leading IS practitioners and academics; understand the gaps and areas of uncertainty in our current understanding of the application of information management and systems theory to organisational practice; be able to relate developments in information management and systems theory to current trends in practice; recognise the strengths and weaknesses of current practices in information management and systems.
