Objectives Upon successful completion of this subject, students should develop sound understanding of processes and practices in the delivery of work-based training tasks; and demonstrate the ability to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate a series of work-based training tasks.
Synopsis This subject will provide opportunities for students to focus on their teaching practice and the key components of program design, development, delivery and evaluation. Students will be briefed to provide preparatory information and outline supportive processes to enable them to complete a range of field work activities. These will be undertaken in a workplace setting of their choice with regular lecturer contact and structured on site assessment tasks.
Assessment All tasks to be negotiated but written material equivalent to 4000 words - Demonstrated teaching practice and review: 50% - Training documentation: 50%
