Aims

The Master of Education is a coursework degree, offered by the Faculty of Education, designed primarily to meet the requirements of teachers, educators and educational administrators who wish to gain higher professional qualifications and expertise in education.

Entry requirements

The course is open to applicants with a three-year bachelor degree and an approved fourth year of study or an approved four-year bachelor degree.

Course structure

The course

Students are required to complete eight subjects, each of twelve credit points, normally two subjects each semester. Each of the following twelve credit-point subjects is offered by distance education:
