Objectives On completion of this subject students should be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse retail businesses by applying problem solving frameworks and analytical techniques; develop decision-making skills by analysing different strategies and tactics adopted by a range of retail businesses.

Synopsis Study of a series of retail business cases enabling students to analyse and evaluate retail strategies, management issues and business performance; implementation issues and the integration of all business functions (financial, marketing, human resources, operations and logistics).
