Objectives Building upon the knowledge acquired in earlier subjects, this subject enables students to research an employment relations subject matter or issue related to their current or future employment. Students will develop skills in the use of a range of research methods in examining, analysing and preparing a research report on their agreed topic area.
Synopsis Students will undertake an agreed labour management relations research project in an area of their interest and in doing so will prepare a research plan, review the literature and acquire skills in the use of research techniques appropriate to their project.
Assessment Research project (not more than 10,000 words): 100%
