Objectives On completion of this subject students should be able to understand the structure, function and operation of alternative business enterprises, namely sole proprietorships, partnerships, companies and trusts; recognise the laws which apply to such business enterprises.

Synopsis Topics include the law, structure, function and operations of relating to sole traders; partnerships; companies and trusts.
