Objectives As for VSA2780 with the additional objectives of a more sophisticated understanding of concepts and terminology, and a more advanced ability to argue and analyse visual and conceptual material.

Assessment One seminar paper (1500 words): 25% One essay (3000 words): 50% Slide test (one hour) (1500 words): 25% Third-year students will be expected to demonstrate wider reading and a capacity to synthesise their knowledge on a higher level than second-year students.
