Objectives On successful completion of this subject students should have further developed, based on their first semester work in KOR2210, the ability in speaking and listening to satisfy all everyday social situations, such as narrating personal experiences, enquiring about or expressing knowledge and opinions, and making arrangements. In reading, they should be able to extract information from advertisements and read slightly simplified texts from magazines and newspapers. In writing, they should arrive at the level in which they can write diaries of half a page without difficulty. They should show understanding of Korea-specific cultural and social aspects.
