Objectives and synopsis As for FRN1080. There will be four class contact hours for 'Language in use' and two for 'Reading contemporary France'. There will be an optional grammar workshop of one contact hour per week, which students are strongly advised to attend.
Assessment Part (i) Oral production: 20% - Written production: 15% - Grammar competence test: 5% - Listening comprehension test: 5% Final written exam: 20% - Part (ii) Essay in French: 15% - Tutorial logbook: 20%
