Options

Professor G S Taylor (Physiology and Faculty of Medicine)

Objectives To provide students with an opportunity to pursue studies in areas of interest either to broaden or deepen their knowledge and skills in a variety of fields both within and outside the Faculty of Medicine.

Synopsis All students are required to satisfactorily complete one option, selected by the student from studies offered by departments and centres both within and outside the Faculty of Medicine.

Assessment A variety of assessment procedures appropriate to the objectives of each option are utilised. These include essays, oral presentations, computer related tasks, skill demonstrations etc.
