Objectives Upon successful completion of this subject, students should be aware that librarianship includes other than library-related matters; and be able to use various information sources in the delivery of duties in the education environment.

Synopsis This subject aims to introduce students to a wide variety of activities and organisations useful to the librarianship profession, as well as information services and resources useful for teaching and learning. Students will undertake ten different professional activities.
