Objectives To develop the technical and management skills required to independently plan, conduct and report on a program of investigation or research.
Synopsis Each student will be required to select a project from a number of topics offered. The project outcomes are to be summarised in a major report and in a brief oral presentation. Enrolment in this subject is by departmental approval only.
Assessment Practical work: 100% (written project proposal, preliminary and final reports on practical work, seminar presentation)
