Objectives Upon successful completion of this subject, students would be expected to have knowledge and understanding of children with special needs and skills in identifying exceptionality in the developmental areas of hearing, vision and language.
Synopsis This subject is designed to provide a developmental overview of exceptional children, based on an understanding of normal intellectual, social, emotional and physical development. Students will be required to participate in lecture-discussions and practical sessions.
