need to have completed all subjects (5) in the Master of Business (Retail and
Wholesale) other than the elective subject. (Equivalent to two
subjects.)
Objectives At the completion of the subject the students will be able to develop a project management proposal outlining the parameters of the study, conduct a major study into a critical retail/wholesale issue and prepare a formal report of the findings, analysis and recommendations, using guidelines provided.
Synopsis The major project will be the capstone subject in the degree, drawing together concepts and applications from all other subjects.
Assessment Major project proposal (3000 words): 20%
* Major project report (approximately 15,000 words): 80%
