Objectives At the completion of the subject the students will be able to articulate the strategic and operational role of logistics in the retail/wholesale marketing mix, appraise the issues facing the management of the logistics function in a retail/wholesale business and examine current methodologies applied to the management of retail and wholesale logistics challenges.
Synopsis This subject provides a conceptual framework for the analysis of the strategic role of retail and wholesale logistics in the achievement of retail business objectives.
