Objectives On completion of this subject students will have undertaken an in-depth exploration of the central issues in industrial and employee relations.

Synopsis The purpose of this subject is to allow for a special subject to be offered when a scholar visiting the Key Centre in Industrial and Employee Relations is available to deliver a subject which is germane to the program of studies.

Assessment Written (assignments 4000 words): 40%
* Take-home examination: 60%
