Objectives On completion of this subject students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the concepts and tools used for competitive analyses and strategic planning in the international environment; design global strategies for SMEs and multinational organisations; identify the opportunities and dangers involved in international strategic management.
Synopsis International strategic management provides the students with a framework upon which to review the international business environment and how it functions from a management perspective.
Assessment Two written assignments (2500 words and 4000
words): 60%
