Objectives On completion of this subject students should be aware of the relationship that exists between the public and private sectors; be aware of the approaches available to business organisations and government to influence or direct the policy decisions of either; and be able to identify alternative structures and future directions that the business/government interface may take.
Synopsis This subject analyses the relationship between government and business in Australia. It examines the direction of this relationship, and the problems and issues associated with the relationship from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
