Objectives On completion of this subject students should be able to understand the advanced areas of treasury management with a focus on accounting and corporate treasury issues including corporate environment for treasury activities; analysis of treasury products; treasury risk management practices; balance sheet management techniques; accounting treatment for treasury products; general internal controls of treasury functions; internal and external audit practices.

Synopsis Workshops on the topics listed above.

Assessment Class assignment (4000 words): 30%
* Examination (3 hours): 70%
