Objectives On the successful completion of this subject students should be able to discuss the usefulness and limitations of existing theory in the area of banking; critically evaluate current areas of debate.

Synopsis This subject provides a study of a range of banking topics relating to the banking and finance industry.

Assessment Assignment (4000 words): 40%
* Examination (2 hours): 60%
