Objectives Students undertaking this subject should develop an understanding of what constitutes a life span approach to human development; knowledge of the specific development tasks that confront individuals throughout the lifespan and an understanding of the implications for social work practice.
Synopsis Explores a lifespan approach to human development with particular emphasis on lifestage transitions including death.
Assessment One written assignment (1500 words): 60%
