Objectives This subject aims to provide an introduction to the society and culture of Spanish-speaking nations and to develop accuracy in the four macro skills (understanding, speaking, reading and writing).

Synopsis Intermediate spoken and written Spanish, and an introduction to modern Spain and Latin America. The language of instruction is Spanish.

Assessment Examinations (3 hours): 40%
