Objectives The ability to engage in original research relating to religion and theology, and to master requisite critical skills.

Synopsis A minor thesis of 9000 words on a topic of the candidate's own choosing. Candidates will be allocated supervisors to assist them in the writing process. Two copies of the thesis must be submitted in typescript and appropriately bound by 20 October. The thesis will be assessed by two readers associated with the centre.
