ObjectivesAs for PLT2950 with the additional objective of requiring students to relate their understanding of the topics, as discernible on their essays, to wider issues in international relations theory.

SynopsisAs for PLT2950

Assessment Oral presentation(s) of topics: 15%
* Essay (3000 words): 35%
* Examination (3 hours): 50%
* Third-year students will be required to answer questions from parts A, B and C of the final examination, whereas second-year students will only be required to answer questions from part A, B or C.
