Objectives As for ENM4190. In addition, on completion of this subject students should be able to engage in independent critical discourse analysis of legal and literary texts; and have an advanced understanding of the complexities of the contemporary field of law and literature studies.

Synopsis As for ENM4190.

Assessment Exercise (2000 words): 30%
* Seminar paper (1500 words): 30%
* Essay (2500 words): 40%
