Objectives On successful completion of this subject, students should be able to specify and validate services for a range of common interior projects to a professional standard; brief service engineers on the requirements for detailed development; understand the role and organisation of service engineers, service suppliers and installers.

Synopsis This subject introduces a series of interior projects and options in which the issues of service provision are discussed and for which students undertake specification and validation. The role and organisation of service engineering, technology suppliers and installers are examined.
