Objectives On successful completion of this subject, students should have continued working within an individually approved study program, culminating in the presentation of a professional folio at the end of year exhibition; be able to share personal insights related to potential directions and context in ceramic media; possess a strong faculty for, and method of inquiry, enabling them to question and discuss the issues relevant to current theory and practice in ceramics and the broader art and design community.

Synopsis This subject supplements APA3105, with students continuing to work autonomously within an individually approved program of study. A coordinator supervises the program and gives guidance as it is required and at the request of the students. The work produced culminates in an end of year exhibition of a professional standard, thus preparing students for entry into the professional world as artists and designers or the pursuit of further studies at a higher level.
