You have the right to seek redress if you believe that you have been treated unfairly. If you have a complaint concerning, for example, academic or administrative decisions, the behaviour of staff, the quality of teaching or the provision of university services, you should initially discuss it with one of the following: the appropriate head of department or administrative unit, the faculty manager, the dean, a member of the Equal Opportunity Office or the university counselling service, or a student association officer.
Mrs Toni Wallace, manager of Student Relations and Inquiries, may be contacted in her capacity as student grievance officer on 9905 2065. Her office is in university offices building 3d on the Clayton campus.
