Careers and employment

Monash Student Employment and Careers Service (MONSEACS)

In 1997, getting a job at Monash has taken on a new dimension. In its first year of operation, Monash Student Employment and Careers Service (MONSEACS) combines the strengths of the former Union Student Employment Service and the University Careers Service. Students and graduates visiting the service on any campus of Monash will have access to career education and career counselling services along with employment opportunities ranging from part-time or casual hospitality, sales or tutoring work to vacation and graduate employment across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. MONSEACS continues to move with the times by replacing job vacancy notice boards with PCs providing on-line access to its Job System: by simply entering your student ID number you can gain access to more than thirty categories of current vacancy listings.
