Peninsula campus
The Centre for Early Childhood Research and Development contributes to the early childhood field through the provision of professional services such as seminars, conferences and research expertise. It encourages the staff of the Peninsula School of Education to involve themselves in research related to early childhood education and services.
The centre provides support for selected projects within the faculty; develops early childhood projects for submission to AIDAB, ARC and other funding organisations; tenders for research and publication projects within the field of early childhood education and care, and other activities as approved by its committee of management. The director is Associate Professor Anne Stonehouse.
