Studio practice
Objectives On successful completion of this subject, students should have consolidated their strategic skills in obtaining the interests of galleries and patrons; they will also have demonstrated clear proofs of the inherent artistic integrity of their work.
Synopsis Attention in this semester is rather turned away from the pressures of market and seeks an internal synthesis between such pressures and the artistic inclinations of the practioner. The folio is not subjected to extensive challenge throughout but is criticised sympathetically.
