Psychology honours

Dr G W Yelland (Clayton), Dr M Jory (Caulfield/Peninsula) and Dr B Richardson (Gippsland)

48 points + Full-year subject + Prerequisites: Completion of a three-year accredited major in psychology with at least a credit average in psychology at the third-year level

Synopsis The psychology honours program includes a research project under supervision in an approved area, a major theoretical essay reviewing the current standing of an issue in psychology and participation in seminars. Intending students should contact the department for information and application forms before the end of October.

Assessment Thesis: 60% + Essay: 20% + Seminar presentation and participation: 20%
