Psychology - personality and interpersonal behaviour

Synopsis Personality: A comparative study of the theories of Adler, Jung, Eysenck, Kelly, Maslow, Rogers. Interpersonal behaviour: small group formation, leadership and performance. Attitude formation and change. Person perception. Attribution theory. Aggression and assertive behaviour. Organisational behaviour. Research design and analysis. The nature of measurement, meta analysis, single-subject designs, experimental research designs, survey sampling, random and stratified sampling, cluster and two-stage sampling. An introduction to SPSS.

Assessment Examinations 60% + Two laboratory reports: 30% + Seminar presentation: 10%
