This specialisation is suited to teachers from all sectors aspiring to curriculum or principal leadership in schools. You will extend your personal and professional understanding and skill in school leadership practice, including your understanding of the need to develop relationships with others in order to establish learning communities within and beyond the school. This specialisation addresses personal growth as a leader which is directed towards high-performance practice.
