This specialisation will develop your capacity to support organisational learning and creativity. You will reflect on how to foster and nurture capability and to meet organisational purposes in intelligent and sustainable ways. You will examine how psychological, social, and contextual factors influence and shape decision-making processes and outcomes in organisations and what is required to lead, manage, and administer a capable organisation effectively. You will also be introduced to the complexities of problem solving and decision making in organisational contexts. As a result, you will be equipped to create conditions and foster capabilities for developing organisational knowledge and intelligence.
