Key management and organisational theories, interface of theory and practice, human resource management, sources of power and influence. Techniques for managing organisational change, building effective and adaptive health organisations, elements of strategic planning, difference between leadership and management. Leadership skills, team building, conflict management, network development and management, strategic alliances, application of leadership and management principles to solve complex health organisational problems
