SynopsisThis unit aims to acquaint family physicians with the latest information about andrological topics - and to make them confident and comfortable in dealing with patients who suffer from the many disorders of the male reproductive organs. The content of the unit will cover: androgens; male infertility; erectile dysfunction; benign prostate disease, prostate cancer, testicular tumours and sexually transmitted infections. The Department of General Practice acknowledges Andrology Australia, an initiative of the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing, for its financial commitment to the initial development of this module.
