SynopsisThis course is designed to provide an understanding of the rules, principles and policies underlying secured transactions in personal property security law. This body of law is of fundamental importance to commercial lawyers. It involves a detailed study of the Personal Property Security Act 2009 (Cth) and comparison with the New Zealand and Saskatchewan legislation. Objectives
