SynopsisThis unit will examine significant and contemporary issues in employment and labour relations law that arise in response to changes in legislation. Key count decisions, international developments, and government-, business- and union-driven approaches. Comparative aspects, where relevant, will illuminate the issues selected, and areas of law reform will also be discussed. The unit has a contemporary nature and current issues will be the focus. The content of the unit may vary each time it is offered. Objectives
